Privacy Policy

We collect:

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed), company, and optional profile photo.
• Usage data — the brands/domains, competitors and keywords you add, and the campaigns you submit.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only a customer/subscription reference, never full card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser/user agent and basic logs for security and reliability.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: running AI visibility scans, generating SEO suggestions for your site, fulfilling link building campaigns, processing payments, securing accounts, and communicating with you about your account and service updates.

To generate personalized SEO suggestions, our system may fetch the public pages of the domains you add, using a standard automated request (user agent "GrowRankBot"). We only access publicly available content and do not attempt to bypass logins or access restricted areas.

We share limited data with trusted processors strictly to operate the Service:

• Vercel & Neon — hosting and database.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google (Gemini API) — AI analysis of public market questions and your public site content.
• HubSpot — customer relationship management.
• SEOestore — fulfillment of link building campaigns you purchase.
• Resend — transactional email (e.g. password resets), when enabled.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use a single secure, HTTP-only authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Disabling the auth cookie will prevent you from logging in.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, accounting or security obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit your profile in Settings, or contact us to exercise these rights.

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to production data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
