Terms of Service

GrowRank monitors how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) mention and recommend your brand, reports a Share of Voice and related metrics, and offers optional, paid link building campaigns fulfilled through third-party providers. AI-generated metrics and suggestions are estimates provided for informational purposes and are not guarantees of ranking, traffic or business outcomes.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for any business you register. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

GrowRank offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Agency). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled. Link building campaigns are one-time purchases billed at the displayed price. All fees are in U.S. dollars and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Link building campaigns are fulfilled via third-party networks. Delivery timelines, domain selection and content are best-effort and may vary. We do not guarantee that any specific link will be placed, indexed, retained, or that it will improve your rankings or AI visibility. Campaigns begin only after payment is confirmed.

You agree not to: (a) submit URLs or content you do not own or have rights to promote; (b) use the Service for illegal, deceptive, adult, or harmful content; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent the Service or its limits; or (d) resell the Service except under an Agency plan as intended. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Account credits and discount codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or revoked. Credits apply only to eligible campaigns and expire if your account is closed.

GrowRank and its software, design and content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the brand data and URLs you submit, and grant us a license to process them to provide the Service. You may not copy or redistribute our reports except for your own internal or client use.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI metrics, suggestions or third-party link placements will be accurate, uninterrupted or achieve any particular result. AI engines and their outputs change frequently and are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowRank will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
